A sphere of glass A thread of gold A crystal ball A goblin holds A shining gown A mask to hide The darkness there That dwells inside A spell is cast A dream is sought A fantasy battle Which must be fought A granted wish That must be broken An incantation Must be spoken To free a heart To save a child An imagination Running wild And in the end The battle won We find that fantasy Is much more fun We close the book Til another day Another fantasy For us to play
